I work with people who are doing the slow, honest work of personal growth — navigating insights from medicine sessions, meditation practice, therapy, or life itself, and trying to carry those insights forward into how they actually live.

My practice is designed for people ready to invest in that kind of sustained engagement. I take on new clients through referral or direct invitation. If you are wondering whether we might be a good fit, the best first step is a conversation.

How it works

We typically meet once or twice a month, though the rhythm adapts to where you are in your process. Sessions are one hour. Between sessions, I offer light asynchronous support for moments when something surfaces and you need a quick check-in.

What to expect

The first session is a mutual assessment. We explore where you are, what you are working toward, and whether the fit feels right on both sides. No commitment is implied by that first conversation.
